Human Resources Co-Ordinator
Purpose: To provide timely, accurate and effective administrative support to the HR department – predominantly in London but also for the UK operation - and to take responsibility for areas of the recruitment process.
Location: London
Claims Handlers
Purpose: Handle high value and more complex travel claims. Handle potentially fruadulent claims Give technical guidance to less experienced team members Use daily reports for control and monitoring of claims quality and procedures Handle complaints and appeals Support supervisors in running claims department efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service And act as key contact for claims queries for corporate and internal customers
